A practical first step for a defined requirement
India sourcing search
The search is prepaid at USD 150 for one defined product brief. We conduct an initial supplier search, prepare a shortlist, obtain and compare quotations, and give basic sample guidance.
If an order resulting from the search is placed through Merova, the full USD 150 is credited against the first order. If no order is placed, the fee is retained for the work completed.

Ongoing Support
Your buyer-side office in India
For buyers who source regularly, Merova can work on a prepaid monthly retainer and handle the India-side conversations and follow-up that would otherwise require your own local team.
Order and visit coordination
Production follow-up, factory or supplier visits, sample movement and reporting. Travel and visit costs are quoted separately.
Inspection partner management
We appoint and coordinate qualified inspection or laboratory partners, available at extra cost.
Any additional order-based procurement fee depends on the product, margin and workload and is agreed before the transaction.
Purchase Through Merova
Need one accountable seller?
Where suitable, Merova can buy the goods from the Indian supplier and export them to you under a Merova sale. The final structure, price, payment terms and responsibilities are agreed for that order.
