Every China-sourced order receives an origin-side commercial and visual quality check. Technical testing is arranged through qualified third parties when required.
We coordinate freight, import documentation, customs clearance and delivery according to the agreed quotation.
A straightforward domestic payment process
Merova provides a formal quotation and tax invoice in Indian rupees (INR), with applicable GST. The customer makes payment to Merova in India, while Merova manages the overseas supplier payment and related transaction coordination as part of the agreed import arrangement.
Bank-supported options when required
Where the transaction requires it, financial instruments such as a Letter of Credit (LC) or Bank Guarantee (BG) can also be arranged, subject to the bank’s approval and the requirements of the order.
Commercial checks and technical inspection are different.
Our China-side network performs practical, non-technical checks before shipment. For goods sourced from other countries, third-party inspection is recommended. Where a product needs laboratory analysis, certification or specialist inspection, Merova coordinates qualified independent providers such as SGS or TÜV at extra cost.
